click on ( Do Not Disturb )
6-use headphone especially headphone

7-always ask caller for setting of sound
card(Half or Full Duplex)
8-ask caller what internet phone version
he or she is using
9-do not send( picture)
and do not turn
your camera on unless caller ask you
10-after log in your internet phone do(Audio
Test
)
11-while you are talking on internet phone
watch your mic&speaker( Volume
) and
also your incoming&outgoing(
Signal )
12-if you not hear well or sound is breaking or is not
clear click on( Hold ) for
few second
13-use microphone with ( Switch
) or install and
connect your mic to swicth ( When
is Echo )
14-if you got problem to run internet phone especially

Versian5 )
for calling to regular telephone ,i would suggest (
Uninstall )
and ( Delete ) all internet phone Files from your(
Computer )
and( Redownload ) internet
phone only from ( VocalTec.com )
even you had have internet phone on (
Floppy Disk )
